иль or ил? ильче or илче?

The komi л = american dark l

The komi ль is a palatal lateral approximant = ital. gli, sp. ll, slovak ľ, serb. љ...

The L/l letter on Turkish alphabet are 2 meaning: 1) KALIN L (thick L ; en:Velarized alveolar lateral approximant) /ɫ/ 2) İNCE L (thin l ; en:Alveolar lateral approximant) /l/. The "Kalın L" letter used with the vowels "a/ı/u/o/". The "İnce L" used with the vowels "e/i/ö/ü". For exemple: The Turkish plural suffix is "-lar" /ɫaɾ/ or "-ler" /leɾ/: avlar (preys), ayaklar (feet), oyunlar (games), bulutlar (clouds), ışıklar (lights); evler (houses), iller (provinces of Turkey), ilçeler (districts of Turkey), sepetler (baskets), ölümler (deaths), üzümler (grapes). --Kmoksy 16:33, 18 юль 2011 (YEKST)

Some proposals for Turkey's administrative units:

  • belde = карок
  • köy = посад
  • ilçe = район
  • il = ладор (or регион)
  • bucak = уезд
